Co-meditation dyads

A co-meditation dyad is a wonderful place to explore your experience, without needing to change or fix anything about it.

These sessions provide a place a way to meet and explore a specific sensation, emotion, thought or belief, or to be with whatever arises in the moment in a non-judgmental way.

The practice of co-meditation starts with the premise that we are and have always been whole, and that there is nothing we need to change or fix about who we are. From there we can explore whatever is present, often allowing for deep insights to come up.

We’ll begin with developing your inner resource of safety and well-being, from which you will be able to start welcoming aspects of your experience at your own pace.

As your co-meditation partner, I’ll guide you in a structured way, asking questions to help you connect to your experience. I hold space and reflect back to you what you share, much like a mirror. We’ll go at your pace. In these sessions you will not be receiving any advice, nor will I be interpreting your experience.

It’s possible to do a single session or a series of sessions, allowing to go deeper into exploring both your experience in the moment, as well as getting back in touch with your sense of wholeness, that may have gotten obscured, but has been there all along.

Co-meditation dyads are an hour long and I offer sliding scale pricing. I offer these sessions on Zoom, which I have found to be equally powerful as in-person sessions.
