Hi and welcome!
My name is Margot, I’m a Restorative Yoga and iRest Yoga Nidra teacher, passionate about sharing the nourishing gifts of rest.
These practices have been a refuge for me while living with a chronic health condition, offering ways to tune into my body’s wisdom and helping me reconnect with my innate wholeness. Now, it’s my joy to share them with you.
Rest isn’t passive – it’s a practice of deep listening, of honoring all aspects of who we are, and of making space for what nourishes us. It’s both a powerful form of self-care and self-discovery.
I love bringing people together, creating welcoming and inclusive spaces where we can celebrate our common humanity, as well as our differences. As a neurodivergent yoga teacher, I care deeply about creating accessible and neurodiversity-affirming yoga spaces and offerings.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga, developed by Judith Hanson Lasater, is a gentle yoga practice that uses props (such as blankets, bolsters and blocks) to support the body in positions of comfort and ease.
In a Restorative Yoga practice, poses are typically held for 3 to 20 minutes (or even longer), allowing the nervous system to settle down and the body to come into a deep state of relaxation.
Because the body is fully supported, there is no effort, strength or flexibility required to stay in the pose. This practice is intended to meet your body where it is, offering a soft place to land and rest deeply.
Some Restorative Yoga poses can like a comforting hug, while others help to open up the body in the most gentle way.
As a Restorative Yoga teacher, I’m certified by Judith Hanson Lasater. I offer Restorative Yoga in in-person workshops and classes, as well as online.
iRest Yoga Nidra
iRest® Yoga Nidra, developed by Richard Miller, is a contemporary meditation practice rooted in the ancient tradition of Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is most often practiced while lying down (or leaning back in a comfortable chair), providing an opportunity to explore your inner world while allowing your body to fall into a state of deep relaxation.
At its core, iRest Yoga Nidra is a practice of welcoming. Learning to welcome all parts of yourself and your experience, even if it feels difficult at first, will inevitably uncover a deep sense of wholeness and ok-ness, regardless of circumstances.
As a Certified iRest Yoga Nidra teacher, I received my training from James Reeves and Richard Miller of the iRest Institute. I offer Yoga Nidra group classes, as well as private sessions, and iRest co-meditation dyads.
